Continue ShoppingFor all refund and/or faulty item returns we will do our best to assist you as the consumer when not satisfied with purchases made, while being reasonable, we therefore follow our ZAR country act policies, feel free to contact us asap after receiving your items and most importantly have the items sent back within 7 days if the item(s) do not fulfill your expectations. After this 7 day cooling off period, minimum restocking fee of 15% will apply for non warranty related items. Delivery costs is for the consumer as per ECT act, because it overrides CPA in this case.
To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging without any marks or signs of usage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For faulty or RMA items, please contact us prior to delivering/shipping it back to us. Delivery costs is for the consumer as per ECT act as we follow a "carry-in" warranty, you will have to get the item(s) back to our premises because that is where we operate our business from and supply our products and services, shipping costs do not fall under warranties as this is not a direct Multech product/service, and yes it makes sense if you think about it logically, however we are more than happy to rectify faulty items, so please inform us that we can work together on a solution.
Orders correctly processed by us, but incorrectly ordered by the client will be handled separately from case to case, the consumer is liable for any delivery fees due to sending back and forth in such a situation, and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
