Shipping policy

We do not offer any free delivery on any product(s), you can collect your order from us in person/courier etc, or choose 1 of our automated shipping options, please remember this is not our service, the courier/delivery company provides that service, when it leaves our front door we have no control over it anymore and you contact them directly for any queries.

INSURANCE ON PACKAGES:
None of the couriers/postal services in SA provide insurance by default, therefore you will also have to inform us if you want insurance on your package/s, extra costs for insurance will apply.

The "custom" option from the shipment options will ensure you have the most accurate shipment rate to your area, and you can also add insurance if needed.

Faulty or RMA units are delivered/shipped back to the store by the client, we do not cover return associated costs, as per our refund policy.

Placing Orders and Shipping Times:
All items will ship from our shop in Bothaville. Due to our location, we do not have the comfort of shipping any time of day, as courier drivers only pass through our little town once a day, and no two days will be the same time, so please understand that we have daily deadlines to book collections. Placing your order before 14:00 will 99.9% of the time be sufficient for your package to leave our store the following working day (which is not over weekends for us), IF your payment also cleared, it's easy, if we dont have the funds in our account the stock will not leave the shop. Orders will not leave the same day as we have to book a day in advance, we do not ship on weekends, please see our trading hours, they are Monday to Fridays only.

Postnet as a shipping option have been discontinued because we do not have a branch in town, this have been replaced with PUDO as a service.
PUDO is a very cost effective way of sending parcels (The Courier Guy is the founder and also backs it) and is the cheapest option, When choosing the PUDO option YOU have to let us know to WHICH LOCKER it needs to be sent, because we ONLY SEND LOCKER TO LOCKER. PUDO packages normally takes a couple of days more than normal courier before arriving.
